I'm pretty minimalist in regards to post-Freeza battle powers, so Freeza mid to high diffs. With Piccolo as support, the team likely pull through unless Kaioken x3 is allowed in that scenario.

Ranma vs. 21st Yamcha

From what I gather, Ranma's best feats are City Block level and their Hypersonic speed is far above anyone in the 21st TB, even early in the series. They solo the 21st and 22nd TB, minus Ten's Kikoho.

SSG Vegeta VS Phoenix Ikki (Silver Saints Arc)
- Equal battle powers.
- Ikki's revival ability is banned, as his burning his Cosmo for a resolve power up.

The new episode implied Boo made great gains from training, yet he was still marginally stronger than Base Goku at the very most. Goku wins. As for Gohan, Piccolo's statement about retraining Gohan's weakened body implies the Gohan VS Goku fight was an outlier and Gohan may be weaker than his Ultimate self, at least in base (unless Piccolo was referring more about skill). Boo ought to win that battle.

Lavender VS 1st form Frost
- No Poison for Lavender or Needles for Frost.
- Fight takes place in the U6/7 tournament ring with tournament rules.

I see that when Mr. Boo trains, his power grows very fast. It's like Freezer.

I think I should win Lavender easily, since Frost First Form was inferior to Goku Base (Deleted / Tournament Universes 6 and 7), while Lavender should be more powerful than Basil (with drugs). The latter was not completely inferior to Mr. Boo and the latter, was not forrage to Goku Base (Current).

All depends on where you have SSJ Gogeta, since multiple implications could place him anywhere from around SS2 Gotenks to above Gohan Boo. I generally don't peg him as being above Ultimate Gohan tier though, so Galu likely wins as long as he finds a way to finish the fight quickly.

M13 SS3 Goku VS Rild
- Rild starts off in base. If he gets stomped, have him absorb the Mega Cannon Sigma.

I have Hirudegarn around as powerful as Boohan. Goku could tank a punch in the face, so he might have a slight power advantage over someone "stronger than Boo". But he has to finish the fight quickly to win.

He'd get stomped if Rildo gets the MGS, though.

Golden Freeza VS SSJR Black

-Freeza can train in the RoSaT training before the fight.
-No stamina drain due to the training.
-Black can use his Scythe.

I imagine that Golden Freeza was already close to Freeza's peak, given how it'd be impossible for nearly anyone else to get that strong without God Ki. That said, Black likely stomps.

Current Goku has knowledge of Bergamo's power absorption ability, and that ability is what eventually allowed Bergamo to be a threat to SSJB Goku. Goku wins as long as he finishes Bergamo off quickly instead of prolonging the battle and giving Bergamo the opportunity to eclipse his strength.

Maybe in general, but his fighting skills and abilities shouldn't be taken lightly, and that's what matters here.

Likely Kuririn since he still has more homing/ranged attacks such as the Spread Shot Blasts/Scatter Kamehameha. Ten does have the ability to copy simple Ki attacks and grow up to four arms, though considering Goku was able to combat the latter when at a minimal power advantage, I don't think it'd be a game changer against an equal opponent.
