Considering Vegeta oneshotted both pretty effectively, he wins. You can assume it was due to them losing Shouki and/or Yuuki, but I highly doubt that being at their mental peak would make a drastic difference against a far more skilled fighter, at best giving Vegeta high to extreme-diff.

CC, i think you got it wrong. It was Saiyan Arc Vegeta with Kui vs Dodoria, not Namek Vegeta vs Kui and Dodoria.

As for your battle, Zarbon wins with high diff. They both are already about equal, and Dodoria proved to be a really shitty fighter on his fight with Vegeta, while Zarbon did somewhat better.
