I'd place Dabura slightly superior, so it depends whether or not Cell's regeneration allows him to catch Dabura off-guard.

I forgot to their techniques into account. I'd say if he is cautious and doesn't get hit by either of their signature moves he should be fine.

Cell stomps everyone except for Zen-Oh in both scenarios. He solos though in the 3rd scenario.

Most likely Gine. She may been more attuned to the kitchen than the battlefield, though I still imagine her battle power would be somewhat relevant to Raditz due spending her life enduring Planet Vegeta's Gravity. If she's hit by a Kamehameha, however, it's game over for her.

Yamcha. In pure strength, Yamcha is stronger, although the Super Dodonpa would certainly put him in a bind but judging by how Yamcha was able to cause minor damage to Shen with the Sōkidan, I'd say it's just as powerful, if not more than the Super Dodonpa.
