@CC; He thought the first episode was stupid, but seemed to like the one after that.

@Alex; Well he just finished Dragon Ball and DBZ. I guess that has something to do with it.

Considering there was a fair bit of filler in episode 1, I can understand that. If he's already liking things by episode 2, I can see him becoming a fan.

He seems visibly bored with East Blue thus far, though... I'm watching with him and he's almost done with Syrup Village.

He'll probably like the Arlong and Loguetown Arcs... I remember being bored with early East Blue, but even I liked those two arcs.

My brother finished watching East Blue.

He liked it by Arlong Park.

I can tell he's interested.

He'll definitely stick to it now that hes watching Alabasta. One of the greatest arcs imo.

He got to where Luffy defeated Crocodile, and I watched with him. Damn, I forgot how good Alabasta really is.

I'll probably re-watch from the beginning again next year.

He's almost done with Skypiea.

He's just got through watching Davy Back Fight the other day... I can't wait for what his response to CP9 will be.

I guess it will make CP9 and Marineford look even better than they already are.

He doesn't want to read the Manga.

Davy Back had some fun action sequences. It was basically the definition of manga filler, but I enjoyed it.

No comparison to CP9, but I wouldn't call it "cancer".
