He would be able to fight evenly with FP Vegeta with 2x Kaioken for a while. Eventually, he'd still be at a disadvantage, because he can use the kaioken only in bursts whereas Vegeta has his full power all the time. Toward the end of the fight, he'd use the 3fold Kaioken and win with no major problems. What happens after that depends on what Goku decides to do to Vegeta.

1. Kill him.
One way or another, without Vegeta's help, everybody's screwed on Namek. Freeza continues ruling the galaxy.

2. Let him crawl over to his spaceship and leave.
Everything happens as in canon. I don't think Goku's extra 1,000 units of power make any substancial difference in the long run. Unless in this scenario he defeated Vegeta without getting a zenkai, so maybe he's weaker on Namek later and ends up getting screwed by the Ginyus or Freeza.

3. Keep him on Earth alive until he recovers.
That's the most interesting scenario. Krillin and Gohan leave for Namek. Goku stays on Earth to keep an eye on Vegeta. Over the following weeks, Bulma's father prepares the gravity spaceship while Vegeta recovers in the hospital. Goku often visits him to make sure he doesn't do anything suspicious. Eventually, Vegeta tells him about Freeza and how he enslaved their race. Goku feels sorry, and their common hatred for Freeza brings them closer than in canon, though they're still not friends.
On the way to Namek, Goku and Vegeta spar together in the gravity spaceship, and as a result they become stronger than in canon. For the sake of convenience, let's give to Vegeta his guidebook 265k level and to Goku something between 100k and 200k.
In the meantime, on Namek, with Dodoria and Zarbon still around, Freeza hasn't called the Ginyu Forces. Krillin and Gohan have received Guru's boost, but they haven't tried anything too daring.
With Goku and Vegeta thinking they've become invincible, the group directly attacks Freeza's spaceship. Dodoria and Zarbon are killed quickly. If Goku and Vegeta are smart enough to get serious quickly, before Freeza transforms, Freeza is killed too. Otherwise Freeza kills everyone and the story ends here.
After Freeza's death, they revive everyone and return to Earth. With both Goku and Vegeta weaker than in canon at this point, they probably don't make it far into the Androids Saga. Even if they somehow make it to the Cell Games, Cell kills everyone, since Goku never went to Yardrat and doesn't know Instant Transmission.

Vegeta would still transform though, and then fuck Goku up. So #1 and #3 are unlikely.

I don't think he'd have the time to transform. If Goku had 1.5x an advantage (27k/18k) and didn't play around, he'd defeat Vegeta quickly.
