It has even less of a place as a separate arc than the Mecha Freeza/Trunks arc to be honest. All it's doing is tying the loose ends of the RRA arc, it'd be like calling the post-Daimao death parts of the PD arc the "Mr. Popo arc."

Well, you could make the argument that GT is still part of the old anime canon (pre-Kai/Super). It's got the worst plot of the first 3 series but Z filler was just as contradictory for the most part. But on the other hand, it appears to take place in the same continuity as M5/M6 and M12/M13 so...

Goku was actually over 5000 when he no diff dodged Nappa. Something that's often overlooked. I agree around a 1.5x gap is enough to do what Goku did to Bear Bandit though, hence I said it may not necessarily be double. I also noticed that Goku hit him in a soft spot.

I mean the way Goku literally stood on top of his sword without him realizing it shows a similar level of dominance as Perfect Cell vs. Super Vegeta to me. It may not necessarily be double though. I still don't think Bear Bandit was special enough that Goku "needed" the Janken to defeat him.

If it wasn't at a speed disadvantage compared to a fighter of equal power and humanoid size, there'd be no reason to use a word that specifically translates to "slow, dull."
