There is a power up in the game that lets you one shot all non boss characters with your bare hands but I don't know if that applies to lore because a lot of people say in lore he can always one shot. Its kinda confusing since there's really two versions of him.

Me personally I would think that MUI Goku would win because ssj2 rage Vegeta was on par with Beerus after he slapped Bulma and MUI Goku is way stronger than Vegeta rage ssj2.

I think each movie has its own timeline where any weird plot hole just fixes itself because it's not canon and therefore has different events. (this applies to GT as well)
