Jackie is 2-3x Yamcha, no doubt about it. My question aways was... Why do we think he was suppressed? You even admit the speed feats are somewhat inconsistent. It does, in the context of this specific fight. It looked like Kuririn could hold his own until Jackie got real.

When you use Ki, these feats don’t require such gaps. Jiren’s eye blasts are Kiais, invisible Ki blasts. What Roshi did is literally waving his hand to hard it generated a wind that pushed Yamcha away. No ki involved.

No need to. This is pointless - you’re trying to use headcanon to give Popo a feat that isn’t even impressive. Weighted Goku was ~ Tien and accomplished the same.
