You should add another category: rebounding. it's one thing to redirect a blast that is still traveling away from the shooter or to the side, but to rebound back to the shooter proves you can effectively negate its pushing force and then some.

I've considered this idea before. It would really force invalidity of the base Gotenks post > SSJ Gotenks pre theory. It would fit better with the one guide statement that suggests Gotenks only got 3-6x stronger throughout the arc.
