Not really. Cell Saga Vegeta is him at his most obnoxious. I think Vegeta serves as far more of an anti-hero on Namek because even though he's a villain we get glimpses into his tragic upbringing, where he then acts smart and makes good decisions that serve both himself and the other Z fighters...

Frankly I don't see Nolan Batman taking this in a straight one on one fight without decent prep time and an environment he can use to his advantage. Bale Batman had minimal fighting skills and was far more reliant on theatricality, setting up various scenarios to his advantage before even arriving.

The likelihood of Hedo creating some jabroni android and then suddenly leaping to Gammas and Cell max is too astounding for me to take, so Dinodroid has to at least be on par with some of the higher Super characters not counting Goku, Vegeta, Beerus et cetera.
