I think I agree with you. For me, I think the writing quality is on par, but I’m just heavily biased for Ouki lol. I would probably put Sanyou at #4 for me. I loved Rinko though.

You have officially reached peak fiction territory. Consecutive arcs are just as good, possibly better depending on who you ask. Did you notice the art get a massive upgrade? First 90 chapters are quite rough in the art department.
