Why are you replicating Manga duels? what fun is it knowing who's going to win? What's the point in playing other than "Hey! Its neat" what's stopping you from doing a Manga duels in the current format? Make a new outcome for the duel. Now that I think about it, this format actually seems...

Yugioh was pretty much always luck and I like it how it is, If you had all your cards to begin with, Heart of the Cards wouldn't be a thing, there would be no awsoe moments of "Drawing the Out." What's wrong with someone not as skilled beating a pro? also... what are classic cards to you...

This is just my opinion however... who knows? This format may the greatest thing ever.

I think if Yugioh was made like this, it would of flopped long ago... but now it would just be a very weird and little played format. Luckily if its just OG Cards, then you only have to ban some cards rather than half... unless they have a special reprint of them for this format.

Yugioh would of lost all players almost instantly due to one funny little man... Exodia. You just win... every single time... as long as your opponent isnt using Exodia. Whats stopping you from selecting the 5 peices of Exodia and since your 40 chosen cards is your "Hand" Exodia's effect...
