Yeah, I crosser through it today when I began the Skypiea volume. I thought they wouldn't show Alabasta anymore after the end of the previous volume, but they made a chapter dedicated to harp in some further details. I remember an interview with Oda saying he initially planned to let Pell dead, but a girl crying over it in a story he went to made him change his mind.

This is a very well made and nice looking panel.

This part with Bellamy is one of my fav ones in the whole story.

Pell should've been killed. If Oda really felt bad about his death he should've devoted a chapter or two to having Vivi reminisce over his legacy and her vowing to become a great future queen for her country or something. Don't fucking make a nobody Robin zero-diffed durable enough to survive a damn nuke
