Do you think comunism can work depending on how it's handled?

@ Favorite novels: I don’t read as much as I should so I don’t feel too comfortable answering atm.

@ communism: no.

Does your school have a lot of hicks or is the general population decently intelligent?

ahill1 just chill

Supreme fairly intelligent but because of the “automatic admission if top x% at public high school” rule which exists to give ppl in less affluent areas a chance to get in, there are certainly some folks of lower intelligence who came from less competitive high schools

engineering department specifically is intelligent enough

Yes, most public universities in Texas auto accept you if you were in the top 10% in a public Texas high school.

UT’s top x% varies by year (generally goes down), when I applied it was top 7%, now it’s 6 or 5.

That said, it only guarantees admission into the school, you might not get into your department — although if your department is liberal arts then you’re probably almost guaranteed that too. Given that, if you’re in engineering or something then you’re probably smart enough.

Is there a film from a genre you don't like that you find to be an exception?

I don't know if I dislike any film genre tbh. Maybe musicals, in which case I don't really like any of them no. I'm not a big fan of horror either but that has nothing to do with the genre necessarily (although there are pretty valid reasons to dislike the typical horror flick), I just have less of a penchant for that genre as time goes on it seems.

No, I went to a pretty small school for the majority of my youth (from kindergarten til the end of middle school) and no one really got bullied there at all, with the occasional exception of upperclassmen dogging on younger kids here and there. High school+ I don't think anyone cares.
