Babidi said he increases a person's power to above their limit, so even if Dabura had trained to his current peak at the time he'd still have gotten stronger. Goku being strong enough to fight Dabura tier+ opponents as a kid just means he got that much stronger after the Boo arc that turning to a kid and losing some of his power still didn't leave him as weak as he was when he fought Boo.
Or they just aren't weaker. I'm still waiting on the specific quote and even if Kaioshin says what's suggested verbatim, that doesn't necessarily indicate a drop in power. Everyone is clearly having trouble flying, so it's more a control issue than being outright weaker.

It was outright stated, and quite after Goku already accustomed himself to his new body and flew properly.

Also, in the episode following thus he says he wasn't sure if he could turn SSJ still - which is likely due to having weakened in a child's body considering the only other character to doubt he can still transform was RoF Gohan.

No? Goku has not shown being accustomed to flying by that point.

On Earth he was. Makai's air pressure is what prevented him from flying properly.
Not true either. Goku is never seen getting fully acclimated to flying before leaving for the Demon Realm.

Goku is only noted to have acclimated to both the pressure of the Demon realm and flying in the most recent episode. And if we're acknowledging that Goku's flight is being nerfed by the pressure of the Demon realm, it would be fair for Kaioshin to say he isn't in his prime even if Goku isn't explicitly weaker.

Arinsu states in the most recent episode that she's surprised he is still that strong even as a brat, so the narrative of the series is that he's weaker as a kid. It's been states twice at this point.

Arinsu's statement doesn't indicate he's weaker, it indicates the opposite in fact. You'll notice not once in the series has Goku made a remark about his power decreasing. If it had, he'd have said something, but he hasn't.

So Goku adapted to the air of the 3rd Demon World when fighting Tamagami Number 3?

So Goku Base (vs Tamagami Number 3) >>>>>> Goku Base (vs Glorio) > Glorio >> Shin?

No, Arinsu's statement was "He's still this strong even though he's become a child," (gaki ni nattemo soko made tsuyoi to wa ne) not that "he hasn't lost power as a child." You're twisting words at this point. Not to mention Goku didn't digress when Shin said he wasn't at his prime. Both statements are a far cry from, say, the Perfect File statement that Goku hasn't lost power when he became a child in GT. You'll notice even while Shin states that Goku acclimated to the heavier air in the Makai already, he never states he's just as strong as he was before being downsized.

I ain't twistin' shit. Her statement doesn't suggest he's weaker. Again, Goku being affected by the atmosphere of the Demon Realm makes Kaioshin's statement a fair one. Notice not one character has remarked about being weaker. Why is that? Almost like they aren't weaker or something.
