Daizenshu stated Goten mastered SSJ at a young age. Does this mean his SSJ was in the same condition as Goku and Gohan's after their RoSaT training? Here's the Daiz entry, btw:

By virtue of being Goku's son, Goten posses battle power not the least bit inferior to even Gohan. On top of being able to unleash a startling amount of power in even his normal state, he can easily transform into a Super Saiyan. Furthermore, he merges with Trunks through a technique known as Fusion.

I remember back in the MFG days when we called Goten and Trunks "Natural Super Saiyans" instead of Mastered or Full-Power Super Saiyans.

I think they're probably mastered SSJs, doesn't really matter though since they were never relevant.
