Yamcha was in awe at her ability to oneshot a T-Rex yet was still able to KO her and vaporising a T-Rex's body like her helmet's laser would require City Block levels of energy. Her helmet is definitely far stronger than she is, though she's still pretty high tier herself in this arc.

Or it shows she isn't weak by the standards of this arc. If anything, it shows she's probably on the same tier as Kuririn's initial self, given he was able to outrun a similar dinosaur in the early part of his training with Roshi.

Yeah, I think her helmet is definitely a contributor to her performance. Worth noting that she threw the same blade at Roshi at a far lesser distance and it only damaged his brain.

Fine placing Roshi >> T=Rex based on it though? Not that it's that relevant, but still. Although it's weird that if counting Roshi's moon busting as an outlier, his and 21st Budokai Goku's feats aren't more impressive than small city block level, it seems.

So right away on the first page, Roshi claims he got kinto’un from Kami. Is this a Viz mistake? I thought Roshi had no idea who Kami was lol
