I'm doing that at the moment. I even restart the Dragon World to unlocked the characters and polished my skills.

So I managed to get into the final stage and unlocked all the characters except Nappa, Android 17 and Teen Gohan .

Believe it or not it's :Krillin

It's not that surprising, Krillin is usually decent in the games.

For me what surprising was that it was Krillin that I used to eliminate Pure Boo's lives and let Gohan finished him for good. :Krillin

Yeah, Kuririn's one of the best of the initial characters you have unlocked and can make a great support throughout story mode, with Piccolo being the only other of the initial roster better than him.

As far as the best character to use in the game, it'd be Pure Boo. Including fusions, however, it just might be Gotan/Gokule as his Trick Beam deals a ridiculous amount of damage.
