FP Mecha Freeza vs Super Saiyan Trunks

How wide is the gap? Trunks declares that he would finish Freeza/Cold instantaneously, which he did, but I also think he meant that statement regarding their current power, not Freeza's full power. He tells Freeza to power up, but I don't think it would be as instant. Either way, Trunks can kick Freeza's ass, I just think Freeza is at least a little respectable in comparison to Trunks.

The smallest I would have the gap is 75%, but I personally go closer to 66%.

There isn't exactly any issue if he can do it instantly at full power too so that's what I go with
1.5-1.6x

Think about it, P! He's been told the legends by his mentor Gohan, who fought the tyrant and then saw Goku obliterate him yet again in the future. He knows how powerful Freeza is supposed to be. He's not an arrogant fighter like Vegeta and he doesn't test the waters to get a good pump like Goku. If he suggests Freeza hits full power and is still supremely confident in coming out with no issues, then he's got good reason. Plus, look at Goku when he finally shows up. Does he seem surprised that Trunks doesn't even have a scratch on him, or even a little suspicious that there wasn't a big battle going on? Nah. He's perfectly content with Trunks disposing of Freeza and then waiting around patiently.

I usually take the gap as about 1.3x, but 1.25x is fair.

King Cold was implied to be ~ 50% Freeza, yet Trunks was at least 3x his power (because he held off one armed
the sword that Cold was swinging with both his arms). So, Trunks is 1.5x 100% Freeza.

Well the Future Saga plays a factor here as well. I think it would be odd for 17 (Less than half) to be weaker than Freeza, he should at least be a bit stronger don't you think? That one level right there alters everything.

It would be weird for the Androids to kill everyone and Gohan to think, damn and they aren't even as strong as Freeza.

It wouldn't make sense because Trunks didn't know #17 used less than half power against Gohan, but he went to the past thinking it would basically take a miracle to beat the androids.

It seems clear that Future 17 (Less than Half) should probably be close to Freeza's right? I give the edge to 17, but it could possibly be the same. Trunks thought he could take two androids on at the same time, whereas, he probably could have taken on 2 Freeza's also.

Agreed. He seems to think less of Freeza, pretty much giving a fuck whether he power ups or not, whereas he seems a little concerned with the androids, but the androids could be a lot stronger than <50% #17, since a Gohan who possibly could take them out was killed.
