ye, piccolo just needs to be incredible to nail so didn't rly make him much higher, especially since i don't go with the 2x boost.

Yeah, just how he defeated Vegeta, even-though you could argue he upped his power when he kicked Vegeta's attack back.

Also that's the reason I put Freeza so far ahead of him, I just say he used the same level for the list. To both kick-back his attack and defeat him in-general.

Why do you have two levels for Third Form Freeza? Was he ever stated to not be at full power?

Didn't Vegeta say his dormant power was way beyond what it was? He shouldn't beat FP when he first transforms considering that.

I've always thought that was Vegeta referring to his ki, albeit in a weird way. He didn't realize that Second Form Freeza had been holding back, so it would be kind of weird if he was suddenly able to tell with Third Form Freeza.

He needs to touch his opponents to do that. If he had touched Final Form Freeza, he would've realized Goku was screwed.
