It's sad when you look at the creativity of SSJ4 compared to the original SSJ forms, and compare that to the new forms introduced in Super. SSJG, SSJB, SSJBE, UI, MUI... all palette swaps in some form. It's truly disgusting how little effort has gone into transformations. SSJ4 also needed unique conditions beyond 5 Saiyans holding hands to magically grant you the power of the gods

It requires more than the typical level of zenos used in going Oozaru in order to go Golden Oozaru though, so still wouldn't be possible unless he conveniently finds another planet at exactly the right distance and size to reflect them or Bulma somehow got given the specifics to build an artificial Bruits Wave machine just as good as the one she built for Baby.

The Perfect Files explicitly stated that Golden Oozaru Baby is a warrior "evolved from Super Saiyan," meaning all that really is required is for one to go Super Saiyan on top of Oozaru. Other entries showed this as well, such as a guidebook entry stating that a Super Saiyan who retains control as an Oozaru can turn SSJ4. Hell, Vegeta showed this for a fact when he first went regular Oozaru before activating his Super Saiyan form after regaining control (showing that the only real difference between a regular Oozaru and a golden one is the presence of the SSJ form). A planet being required rather than a full moon was never stated within GT or any guidebook, plus the Heroes anime and manga (animated by Toei, which I only use as an example since GT and Heroes are both non-canon) showed Cumber being able to go Golden Oozaru with a run of the mill power ball (a fake moon).

When you're fighting a guy with Ki greater than everyone in Super, what else can you expect?

I expect Galu to be smart enough to take advantage of the fact that he was faster than Oozaru Baby and just blast the nigga's tail off

But nobody gets to finish a fight intelligently in Toei land, as you'll soon see in the Super 17 fight
