How much stronger were Goku/Vegeta in the U6 tournament?

I think Goku and Vegeta SSJB in that Tournament are stronger than Golden Frieza (RoF).

I'm not sure whether it's simply a redesign or deliberate, but SSB has a different aura before Rosat and after.

Very minimal gains it seems, 1.5x tops. Those Rosat years were a big waste of time.
