Yes. It might not be Vegetto level, but I think it deserves some respect. That’s more or less the level I give Goku’s Arm Breaker Kamehameha vs Zamasu.

SSJ Rage Trunks' Genkidama should be stronger than Vegetto Blue's Final KHH given that wasn't enough to overcome Merged Zamasu's invincibility. The Genkidama was likely at ~150. I don't believe in the "Merged Zamasu's power had fallen" nonsense.

Trunks was fending off Zamasu even before he got everyone’s Ki though. Gowasu or Shin even says Zamasu was falling apart.

If Genki Sword > Vegetto then how strong even is the U7 Genki-Dama? If Trunks can get that much energy from normal people and crippled Goku and Vegeta then the energy from the Androids + Gohan + Humans + Piccolo + Freeza is gonna be a 10,000 at the very least.

That was when Zamasu was getting more and more agitated and enlarging himself and his face got freakier while clashing directly with Vegetto

Yeh he doesn't really show any external wounds from the beating he got from Vegetto after that scene, nor was he visibly badly damaged by the Final KHH. For some reason Vegetto seems able to clash with him in pure power judging by them clashing fists rather than Vegetto dodging him in a Perfect Cell vs. grade 3 Trunks fashion, but an amplified full power blast from Vegetto doesn't outright blow him to bits. Toei just nerfed Vegetto similar to SSJ4 Gogeta being unable to kill Omega Shitlord in GT with a full power blast so that Trunks could get the kill.
Gowasu said his body was reflecting the trainwreck his mind was becoming so he may have sustained damage, I think he was able to more or less repair himself physically though.

Yes, his body falling apart was a result of his mind becoming unstable and filled with rage which enabled him to power up and battle Vegetto Blue in the first place. That's not evidence of Zamasu's power having fallen.

He’s obviously not in peak condition if he can’t even pull himself together bruh. Trunks even fends him off before the Genki Sword power up.
