When you refer to "Once Kefla's power had risen in response to UI Omen Goku (116)" do you mean Kefla SSJ2 was charging at the start of Episode 116? Or when Kefla SSJ2 was gathering a lot of power at the end of Episode 116?

Kefla SSJ2 for while fighting UI Sing Goku before the end of Episode 116, was it just 2x Kefla SSJ (Peak)?

I'd honestly have it even larger but despite Goku being much stronger against Caulifa/Kale and Kefla, UI Omen (110) still seems relevant so the difference likely isn't as large as I presented here.

225 is her blast, but come to think of it Goku's speed should be above that as well. Goku was easily dodging all of Kefla's blasts as he charged his Kamehameha. Maybe:

I think the Genki-Dama could easily have grown many times stronger throughout the struggle.

Jiren (First effort pushing the Genki-Dama): 60
Genki-Dama (Pushed by Goku): 70
Jiren (More effort): 80
Genki-Dama (Goku and Jiren's powers): 150

I think UI Sign Goku (Speed) = UI Sign Goku (Kamehameha). Through the Kamehameha UI Sign Goku could use his full power and that is why Jiren was able to deduce the power of UI Sign Goku in Episode 128.

I started to think about the following, in Episode 116 when Kefla transforms into SSJ2, then she continues to increase her power for a long time and just then Piccolo comments that Kefla SSJ2 could be stronger than UI Sign Goku (Episode 110), then Kefla SSJ2 charges up some more and the fight begins.

Does that mean Kefla SSJ2 (Power Up 1) > UI Sign Goku (Episode 110) >> Kefla SSJ2 (Initial)?

I was looking at the fight and initially, both have the same battle power. Goku has the advantage in speed, Kefla has the advantage in power and stamina. However, UI Omen Goku actually powers up again and his speed increases to the point where he can flat out blitz her.
