Is Kuririn close to #18's PL?

Judging by the sparring match they had where Kuririn is able to trade blows with her for quite a while before 18 took the advantage with a hard kick which didn't even knock him out. And the most recent episode where their performance against Shosa and Majora seem to set them up as being in the same league it seems likely Kuririn isn't far from his wife.

A sparring match doesn't mean they're both fighting at their full power but they put a lot of effort on it. So I wouldn't put Krillin on that level since the reason why Goku and Gohan picked him was due to his incredible techniques and experiences. Power is not everything.

He fought on par with Majora. Majora gave 18 a lot of trouble, even failing to block an attack from him at one point.

Krillin said it was unlike 18 to mess up like that, so the implication is she could've done better solo had she not been fooled. Her and Krillin playing volleyball or whatever with Majora doesn't make me think they're both on even footing, it just makes me think they're both above Majora.

It's like they forgot that this is Toei's product where inconsistencies are normal but somehow they still can't get that through their thick head. Toei is making Super Saiyan Blue look so awful. It's like they have to shoe-horn it in every fight now even against opponents where it logically makes no sense (Arale, #17, Kuririn, Nink, Trio de Dangers).
