I myself see Kaku and Jyabura's Douriki being 2200 and 2180 as a pretty powerful indicate that Zoro's above Sanji by a hair.

I actually don’t think either of them are much weaker than Luffy even during Ennies Lobby. Ashura and Diable Jambe are essentially their own versions of gears that were able to one shot their respective opponents.

Luffy 4000+
Zoro Asura 2500+
Sanji Diable Jambe 2400+
Kaku 2200 (maybe more with zoan?)
Jabura 2180

Zoro and Sanji could easily be 3000 with their ultimate attacks.

I thought Lucci was stronger than G2 Luffy but it seems as though they were near equal upon rereading it. Zor/Sanji would be around 4k then.
