My guess is that we'll have a Big Mom backstory flashback before this arc ends, as well as possibly Caramel returning to her or news of her whereabouts coming to light, considering the chapter made it obvious of her importance and there'd be no reason to have her not be dead if she weren't to play some role in the story.

The new Sweet Commander is a beast. Nigga can see a bit into the future. I bet he ruins the assassination plot. I really doubt they could take that guy down.

Chapter was short and fairly uneventful, though I liked some of the double pages, particularly the art for the staircase.

As said above, Katakuri will likely ruin the wedding plan, unless it turns out he wants to revolt and is waiting for the best opportunity.

The reveal of the underground was pretty neat, and Katakuri's reveal. Overall it is one of the shortest chapters I can remember. But we aren't on break next week.

Either Beige has some plan for katakuri or he looks really stupid for thinking this plan can work at all. Or it's some kind of double agent double cross.

The short length of the chapter is understandable when considering almost half of all the pages were double page spreads. I generally don't like double page spreads too much, though some of them in this chapter were pretty nice (eg. the staircase).

So it seems pretty well all of the elder family members of Big Mom are complete power houses. Adding all those beasts on top of her actual crew of very strong fighters, her crew definitely seems worthy of that Yonko status, which I saw many people saying she would be weak as shit in the past.

Also hiatus next week.

I think it just makes the other Yonko crews look that much stronger honestly. If anything it makes Whitebeards commanders look like chumps.
