The scene implying Zoro's ties to Wano? Tama says the phrase Momonosuke learnt from Zoro is one in the old Kuri dialect, meaning either Zoro learnt it during the early years of his childhood either from his parents before they passed away or from his sensei at the dojo.

Not much to say about the new chapter, other than that resolving the mysterious prisoner plot line does justify extending Luffy's prison plot.

Your theory on the prisoner was correct. I was hoping it would be Shiki or Scopper Gaban.

So Queen is extremely flamboyant? Honestly I don’t mind that as Kaido’s crew is lacking unique characters. His bounty is pretty yuge for an assumed 2nd-in-line Commander. 1.32B.

937 didn't have much going for it, but having more focus on Zoro was OK. Too bad it had to remind the audience that the pointless Big Mom amnesia plot line is still a thing.

What do you think will happen when Big mom gets her memory back? I've read theories that she's actually faking amnesia to get close to the strawhats.

I don’t think she’ll regain it while she is around the astraw Hats. That would simply be too much for them to handle.. I can see her gaining it back and perhaps being of some sort of aid against Kaido/his crew.

The strawhats would fuked in that case. tbh, I imagine her seeing Kaido, or King would make her regain her memories

I doubt Kaido would be willing to work with her, but since they were on the same ship(iirc) and they have Luffy as a common enemy, that could be possible. IMO what would happen is that the two will start to fight and the strawhats will take some sort of advantage from the chaos. Say Kaido manages to beat Big mom but barely and the strawhats just jump in and whoop his ass

That’s what I figure will happen too.. Kaido has been hyped up as being an invincible being for hundreds of chapters. Even if Luffy got a boost after beating Katakuri, and from his prison training, I don’t think he’ll be strong enough to touch Kaido. Big Mom rampaging and weakening him is the only plausible way imo.

I also used to think the key for defeating Doflamingo was Law weakening him enough so Luffy could even it out... but apparently not. So not surprised if Luffy achieves something with this new training thay gives him the means to do so.
