No I think he's just crazy and the guards are fairly strong. Probably high Vice Admiral level.

Idk, if Old Rayleigh is still a match for a current Admiral, I'd say the right hand man of Whitebeard's rival shouldn't be all that far behind, considering Whitebeard rivaled Roger.

Yeah, so perhaps Jack isn't actually that strong? I found it weird that he was just kind of standing there in human form with those knife things, instead of transforming.
