Chinjao was a legendary pirate who fought Garp, he's not a nobody. Haoshoku appears common because we've seen it from many pirates, but remember how rare it was stated to be among the entire population of the One Piece world. Zoro's Asura used Haoshoku, but there's no question that it lacked all characteristics seen when Haoshoku is coated. Asura could well be an Advanced type of it as it allows Zoro to manifest himself 3 times, which is clearly beyond the scope of regular Haoshoku. Even still, that isn't the same as coating.

Yeah, and also, Kaido has said when he 1-shotted Luffy the first time that there were too many ''Conquerors'' or something. It's really not that common.

Also worth pointing out that a Conqueror not being the leader of the crew is even more uncommon on top of that.

If it's not gomu gomu no mi, wonder if the real gomu gomu no mi will turn up. The in-universe photobook with the fruits in has it as being the gomu gomu though.

Not a fan of this artistic choice using anime colors. This was meant to be the first glimpse of advanced conquerors which is canonically black.

I've noticed Wano arc full color uses the anime too much as the foundation.

The DBS manga used anime colors as well. Pink arm skin for Piccolo, yellow SSJ1 auras and whatnot.

Tbf anime colors often conflict with their descriptions. Just look at how blue the Blue-Eyes White Dragon looks.
