I can. Not as absolutely fluently as I could when I was a child, but perhaps that's just something a little memory-jogging would fix. Like I don't hear or read as much German anymore, so it's hard for me to remember words that aren't used as much. And can get confusing as fack with English. For example last time I was thinking how do I say "I made friends" in German. Technically it should be easy, but since it's said in a different kind-of I had to think a bit before I could comfortably say.
