Did you notice how they all sensed Freeza and King Cold's battle power while just laying around when the duo were outside of the Earth? In what world do you imagine Vegeta slinging ki blasts everywhere and Gohan not sensing him?

I'm sure Gohan is aware of that battle, he was probably even there. Trunks says Gohan was able to manage to get away or something of that nature. If Super Saiyan Vegeta is fighting, Gohan should be aware of it. And Gohan should be aware of that power level and how it's not enough. That's probably what he would think about for the rest of his life until he encounters them. What else could be more important?

According to Super, Gohan was out of there when Vegeta and co. were fighting the androids. He was trying to gather the DBs and summon Shenlong.

He should be able to sense Vegeta anywhere on the planet. Freeza and King Cold's battle power sends shock waves through Earth before they even reach the planet. Why wouldn't a much stronger Super Saiyan Vegeta alert every ki sensor around?

This list isn’t complete though, is it? I noticed a lot of levels were just left blank, and some aren’t even listed altogether (Weakened levels for Saiyan Saga Vegeta, suppressed levels for 2nd and 4th form Freeza).

Why is Base Gotenks so weak? I get it that you just worked backwards from SSJ Gotenks/50, but I think Base Gotenks needs to be > SSJ Boys, unless he was still incomplete or something.

Just worked out that way by taking SS Gotenks / 50. To me the only requirement for his strength is being stronger than Piccolo, otherwise Piccolo could have easily caught up to him and stopped him from trying to fight Boo.
