BoDB Kuririn > Yamcha? Any reason?

Would make Yamcha closer to Goku. After all, Yamcha stated they were close to each other at the beginning and Goku said Yamcha was almost fast enough that he couldn't see him (tho he was likely referring to the Rogafufuken). 9/10 seems better to me.

I'll have to look at this again. I recall Goku stomping Yamcha in just a couple of punches in their last fight..

Reread it. I’d agree with raising Yamcha a little bit, but not much. 1 kick from Goku was enough to make him concede the fight, and he even cursed Goku’s power. Yamcha was only too fast for Goku to see when he was hungry, and it’s worth noting they were still about on par when Goku was very hungry.

you got it. I'd have them fairly approximated as Yamcha stated they were decently close in abilities, but yeah, Goku kicked him and ruined his looks without too much trouble. I'd generally have it as 8.5/10, 9/10 but yeah you are right.

Why is Giran so low? Giran took a serious punch to the guy from Tailless Goku. No way was that an over 2x times gap.

Yeah, I don’t like it either tbh. But I also feel like Giran isn’t given the same respect as Yamcha, so it doesn’t feel right to have him leaps and bounds above him.

Yeah but you have Yamcha > Giran despite Giran's vastly better showing against Goku than initial Chun. Chun had to put more effort in his attacks after Kuririn focused and Tailless Goku is even stronger than that.

Goku had respect for the Yamcha hefought. By the time of the tournament Yamcha is fodder compared to Goku and Kuririn.
