Cell didn't tank the Light Grenade, quite the opposite actually. Light Grenade violently forces Cell underwater and even damages him a bit.

SA13 tanks Piccolo and manhandles Piccolo in superior fashion to what Cell did to Piccolo.

SA13 is not tons stronger than 16, but he is stronger. The movie states it as well.

I have a much higher weighted multiplier than you do and weighted Piccolo just used basic punches on him, so I still think Cell's feat is better. After rewatching 13 beat the shit out of unweighted Piccolo, though, I'll admit he's a lot stronger than I thought (so is 15, come to think of it).

Considering just how amplified Vegeta can make his blasts, it's honestly not that surprising. I actually don't have numbers for this right now, but Vegeta's amplification is definitely hovering around 3x.

Super Perfect Cell is probably only something like 5x Vegeta. Vegeta's amp is no joke.

Vegeta's blasts couldn't damage Suppressed perfect cell and that gap was way smaller than SSj vegeta and SPC gap.The only explanation is that vegeta was Enraged when firing those blasts at SPC

I was talking about Vegeta's first blast at SPC, that was clearly everything he had.
