The gap between Goku SSJ (Mecha saga) and Piccolo (Androids saga/pre Kami)

Wow, this is really a massive gap. Where do you have one armed SSJ Gohan and Mecha saga Trunks?

The problem with having Piccolo that stronger than Yardrat Goku is that everything has to have a cap, since one armed Gohan was noticeable above less than half future #17.

The problem with having Piccolo that stronger than Yardrat Goku is that everything has to have a cap, since one armed Gohan was noticeable above less than half future #17.

Just change 17's percentage. He only needs to be using 34%.

Yea, you can do that. I generally go with #17 using 40% of his power and Trunks (Mecha saga) already being at half of his power.

40% is a better number but I'm willing to sway a bit to make other things work.

Checking my list, I actually have 17 at 40% and it all seems to check out for me. What do you think?

Seems good, but I'd like to have the gap between Piccolo and the SSJs a bit bigger, and have the Kamiccolo boost being 2x. I think you even mentioned you don't feel like the Kamiccolo boost being 2x in the Androids saga?

I did not know you had #18 that close to #17.

I don't mind Piccolo being up there. At the very least, Piccolo doesn't rival Vegeta, which is enough to keep him out of the Super Saiyan grouping to me.

Yeah, I've changed my mind on that right now due to disregarding Gero's statements. If I follow all of the statements by heart, I find it tough to make the 2x boost work.

17 is stronger by enough of a margin for it to be noticeable. It also just makes it easier to make weighted Piccolo rival them both.

I'd like to have the gap between #17 and #18 considerably, since we see in that chapter cover #18 was "suppressed" in comparison ot #17.

All it says is she is not as strong. It doesn't specify if it's by a large amount or not.

The point of the suppression was so that Gero could possibly be able to control #18. How could he hope to make a difference if he barely made her weaker?

At the same time you can argue it wasn't suppressed enough because it didn't follow orders.

Yeah, I agree with Mike. It's clearly stated in the chapter cover explaining Gero's creations and their background that #18's power was lowered in an attempt to get her to obey Gero's commands, but she still rebelled. I think putting them too close sort of contradicts Gero's purpose of creating a cyborg that would bother to list to his commands.

I agree with Zoro. It's not like Gero didn't miscalculate things before. And the gap is explicitly shown to be almost irrelevant because 16 states that Kamiccolo ~ 17 AND 18.
