I agree with Zoro. It's not like Gero didn't miscalculate things before. And the gap is explicitly shown to be almost irrelevant because 16 states that Kamiccolo ~ 17 AND 18.

#16 stated weighted Kamiccolo rivals both Androids, followed by #17 saying nobody rivals him. You can have him rivaling both and yet have #17 noticeable above #18:

Weigh. Kamiccolo - 90

They're all in the same realm of power with #17 as the strongest. I never saw a reason for a huge difference.

I never denied they are close. I think they are relatively close, but not that much. Weighted Kamiccolo could just be in the middle of them. Weighted Kamiccolo is rivaling #18 from a superior position while rivaling #17 from a inferior position.

I'm just saying you are saying #17's words doesn't mean anything, while you were using it before to make your point (even though he said the exactly same thing to Kamiccolo).

#17 says he's the most powerful being on the planet even though Piccolo demonstrated that he obviously wasn't. He only admitted that Piccolo was his equal towards the end of the fight.

Cell nearly killed Piccolo with no effort after taking his Light Grenade (that #17 had to get away from) with no damage. What does #17 do? He still tries to fight Cell even though it's made even more clear that he has no chance against him.

My point? #17 is often full of shit and obviously has a tendency to overrate himself. The only thing to take from his statement is that he considers himself the strongest on the planet. By how much or whatever is all a matter of opinion.

I have a pretty noticeable gap between #17 and #18. #17 said nobody rivals him (what includes #18 too). Furthermore, like I mentioned before, I don't see the point of Gero suppressing #18 to a level she is almost as strong as #17. I personally think her being 94% of her brother is too close.
