Yeah P, Kaioshin is just an illogical being lol. But nowadays I'm fine with having him above Piccolo, specially when I've seen pretty good evidences of him not being weaker than Pocus or Yakon. If he doesn't need to be below base Saiyajins, we might as well put him above Piccolo.



@Kyo - Vegeta's line was "now we'll learn how much power level he has, which we weren't able to estimate" iirc, which doesn't necessarily imply Kaioshin couldn't be sensed at all.

Yea, either way, he isn't actually a different order of being, or in a different dimension of power if he is below a Super Saiyan. It would be odd for Piccolo to talk about Super Saiyan Gohan in that manner. It's just hype. Either AT forgot about Piccolo's power at the Cell Game ( likely ) or he's just a wildly inconsistent writer who had no idea which way he wanted to go at this point.

Vegeta's statement is a general one, he was just saying they'll learn about Shin's power once he starts fighting, just like Vegeta couldn't tell how powerful Goku was in the Cell Games("show me your power, Kakarrot") or like the same Vegeta couldn't tell Goku got stronger than him until he fought Yakon. That doesn't have to mean Shin and Kibito weren't sensible chi wise, imo.
