Well, I'm just saying Vegeta's statement doesn't necessarily implies Kaioshin wasn't sensible chi wise, it's just hard to gauge the opponent's power when he's not fighting and rather, just dicking around (barring some situations, like Piccolo post Rosat). It's not like we got a statement from Goku saying he couldn't sense chi from him, like he did with Spopovich:

Kaiocunt is in the tournament to find Yamu and Spopofag, not to win. He's a god and can't be sensed you scrub. He doesn't need to suppress.
