Nah, Ultimate Tenkaichi was called Ultimate Blast in Japan. So basically

Raging Blast = Tenkaichi 4
Raging Blast 2 = Tenkaichi 5
Ultimate Tenkaichi/Blast = Tenkaichi 6
Sparking Zero = Tenkaichi 7

Raging Blast is dead branding. I think Sparking Zero is a good choice because if they called it Tenkaichi 4 (or 5 if you include TTT, 6 if you include UT etc) it may create this perception that one ought to play the preceding games first. This essentially serves as a hard reboot for DBZ fighting games.

The raging blast series was already essentially the spiritual successor to the tkaichi series, or spiritual cousin if you prefer, so sparking zero kind of is rb3 in a way. The heavy tenkaichi association is far more profitable tho.
