Goku probably wins. The SSJ2 got SSJ Gohan from weaker than Perfect Cell (holding back) to able to make Power Weighted Cell puke #18 in one blow. Also, Goku seemed to be more impressive in terms of skills.

Manga-wise, Vegetto wins both. Anime-wise, it's shaky, since either they made Vegetto leagues below LSSJ Kelfa (which I doubt even Toei would be stupid enough to do) or retconned the Genki-Dama scaling and have SSB Vegetto > Beerus like in the manga.

#18 likely stomps. Ribrianne's power up was implied to be a massive one and Vegeta was incapable of oneshotting her or outright stomping her. #18 >> Super Ribrianne >/>> Base Vegeta imo.

#18 still beats him. Ribrianne in her regular form is already SSJ-tier at least, and #18 overpowered her giant form quite easily (albeit with some emotional support from Krillin).

Metal Coola (pre-repairs) VS SSJ Trunks (Pre-Rosat)

Metal Coola still gave SSJ Goku some trouble pre-repairs and I'm pretty sure the writing lets characters with regeneration take debilitating damage more frequently despite durability (Cell, MZ etc.) so Coola wins. Vegeta is only slightly stronger than 2 and was noticeably superior to Trunks.
