I don't have a problem giving this to Gohan. He was fast enough to dodge Dabra, who used his fair share of suprise attacks. Gohan should be able to move around Weighted Cell and cause damage.

Goku probably takes this. I don't think Vegeta's beating anyone stronger than Nappa after he got injuries great enough to merit a Zenkai.
