Hit takes the cake. He's slightly above MSsjB Goku who is stronger than his future trunks arc, who was almost equal to Bloodlusted Merged Zamasu.

- Episode 127 Android 17 vs Episode 116 Ultra Instinct Goku

- Episode 131 Base Goku (Fully Healed) vs SsjB Goku (RoF arc)

The second match may sound like a stomp, but it is pretty much plausible

#17 gets stomped since Toppo stating Jiren had already analysed the depths of Goku's power from their first match shows that Goku's 3rd usage of UI wasn't astronomically stronger than his first.

2nd match could go either way due to how illogical Base Goku's feats were in the ToP, though I'd say SSB Goku would stomp if we were to remove plot armouring.

Since the last matchup got ignored by people not following the rules...

Kuririn, Yamcha, Tenshithands and Chaozu VS Piccolo and Enraged Gohan
- All their selves from the Nappa fight.
- Tenshithands can't use the Kikoho and Chaozu can't self-destruct.
- All in-character, so no Kienzan for anything but a distraction.

Almost everything points out to Android 17 getting stronger astronomically throughout the Tournament and especially feats to the point where Android 17 could be argued to have surpassed GoD Toppo in these last seconds between Episodes 126 and 127. I'd want to see Toppo's statement first but I already am covering this part of the debate on the other thread with you

Zamasu wins due to more variety in techniques, possibly in a stomp with the most recent chapters seem to point towards Goku having only used regular SSB against Toppo.

Unless assuming Basil got plot haxed to Post-God Base Saiyan tier without Trio teamwork, Kale gets oneshotted seeing as how the gap between her base and SSJ selves seems to be far greater than the other Saiyans, given she got overpowered by someone who was at best equal to Basil.

- Inspired by the meme of him killing those U4 assassins and the J-Stars crossover plot, Freeza gets trained by Raoh in his style of Hokuto Shinken (ie. he can target pressure points with both physical strikes and Ki attacks like Raoh's Hokuto Goshoha).
