In terms of battle, the latter takes the cake due to all the fights being completely one-sided within it.

Chilled was able to put up a struggle against SSJ Bardock's blast before being defeated. Considering that SSJ Bardock's BP should be at 500,000 (according to the SEG at least), that should be a better feat than anything Ginyu (who has 120,000 BP) has to offer.

Looks like a pretty good match-up. That said, I think Rild would win, if only due to being a smarter fighter than Hirudegarn.

Whether or not it's anime or manga Hit, he beats Trunks without too much difficulty. There doesn't seem to be much that can counter Tokitobashi if the opponent isn't far faster than the user and in terms of pure fighting skill, Trunks hasn't shown anything to match Hit's experience.
