As for Freeza VS Cell, I'd give it to Cell since you didn't say equal battle powers. Cell ought to stay superior from him being above Freeza in Z, giving him a natural edge from the same training, plus he has a greater array of techniques.

Manga-wise, Present Zamasu wins since he should be able to utilise Kaioshin paralysis techniques whilst fighting and his future self was able to compete with SSB Goku despite having become no stronger. Anime-wise, it's a tossup, but I believe Zamasu's fighting experience to be greater, plus he'd most likely end up insulting Magetta.

I have the SSJ Multiplier for 10x Goku Black (before he overtakes Vegeta SSJB).

Goku Black Base (Vs Future Trunks), was a little stronger than Goku SSJ3 (Goku Black Arc Start), this including the 10x multiplier. Therefore Goku Black SSJ wins very easily.

Going with Chaozu simply by the fact that Yajirobe seemingly wasn't planning fighting the Saiyans like the others were and apparently didn't take the "refine your skills on Earth" training too seriously, considering he was already eager to take off the weights and was shown eating in contrast with Chaozu training.
