Even if he was clearly holding back, being able to break Spopovitch's neck (to the point of turning his head at 360°) in one blow and taking a lot of physical abuse from him definitely puts her at superhuman category. With the Saichorou boost, which more or less multiplied Krillin's and Gohan's power by 10, Videl takes this imo. She just has to be careful about Taopaipai's Dodonpa and his sword.
