It's been a while since I have watched the series but I am going to go on a limb and say Goku. I doubt Gon (at that point in the series) can one-shot a giant bear with a sword, although Gon probably has the speed advantage.

- No intel on their opponent.
- Freeza can't transform or use his telekinesis. Raoh can't use Musou Tensei.
- Fight takes place at the Hokuto Renkitoza.

I assume Raoh if despite Freeza's vastly different physiology he can still be damaged badly by his pressure point attacks. If they don't affect him that much like Souther, Raoh gets a hole through his chest eventually due to Freeza's resilience and Death Beam spam.

I'd assume if Freeza had any form of pressure points, Raoh's Gosho Ha or Tensho Honretsu would definitely hit them.

Assuming speed isn't equalised, Naruto blitzes Tao and wins in a war of attrition. If speed's equalised, Most likely Taopaipai wins.

Old Piccolo Daimao (Less than 50%) VS Isaac Netero
- Netero starts with with the Hyakkushiki Kannon activated.
- No Rose Bomb asspulling.
- If Daimao gets low or mid-diffed, make him use his full power.
- Speed equalised.

Knuckle said that it's needed a militar power to take out Meruem, who is significantly above Netero. I don't think old Piccolo Daimao, even less than 50% can be taken by it. Piccolo wins.

Limits seem more realistic in HxH imo since Gon with all his potential unlocked was maybe close to Meruem and he still could be damaged by Pitou's corpse, so if speed is equalized Daimao stomps Netero imo.

Yeah, it's worthy note Killua could reach lightning's speed with that technique, something Goku (post hax water) couldn't do and was amazed at Popo doing so. Considering this, Piccolo Daimao old should be severely outclassed by Netero's Hyakkushiki Kannon move. Not so sure anymore. Speed in Dragon Ball seems to be largely disproportionate compared to other series.
