I didn't watched Saint Seiya, so I'll argue based on OBD pages.

Goku looks much more powerful, but Seiya has a speed advantage that could give him trouble, especially considering his power list. I'd say that Seiya wins, though.

I think Younger Toguro is more comparable to 100% Old Daimao so yeah Daimao would need his full power to hope to defeat the team and even then I would say the team wins due to having the hax and speed advantage.

As for the subject, I think that Tenshinhan wins, since after his training of 6 days, he reached a level greater than 80,000. Then I train for 260 days on that Planet, so it would not surprise me that within that time it has become more than 1.5x stronger. Personally I have Tenshinhan (Post Kaiosama) with 1,000,000.
