Nail. I don't think Reacoom was anymore than 1.33x Vegeta, he just had insane durablity and Jhesse isn't any stronger. Also, Nail is more skilled and has regen.

EDIT: Ninja'd, I'll go with Vegeta on this one. Due to the Kaioken strain and don't think Vegeta was that far from Kaioken Goku based off Ginyu's reaction to his power.

If we take Jheese making Vegeta's lip bleed as a power indication, probably Butta, though I'd argue in favour of Vegeta being at 250k as in the V-Jump at this point, since going from ~60k to ~500k from just a nap is ridiculous. Vegeta wins imo.

I guess Chaozu. Everyone seemed pretty shocked he lost prior to seeing who beat him iirc. If I'm mistaken, probably Daimao due to Chaozu being featless.
