Goku Black (vs Vegeta) wins. It has been outright stated that Black used Trunks to get more powerful. Besides, I don't think he was using his full power against Trunks.

As for the question, I would like to give this to Gohan Ultimo (Current), considering that he equals the power of Goku SSJB (Current) and I think he is a little more than twice as powerful as his counterpart of the Universe 6 and 7 Tournament.

  Hit can not use his Techniques to paralyze Time and nothing like that.

SSB can be used for greater Ki control anime-wise, so there's no reason to assume Goku was going close to all out against #17. Hit stomps imo.

Current Kurirn & #18 VS Base Basil
- Kuririn fought well against Basil in the image training. Can the tag team take it?
- Fight to the death. Kienzan isn't banned, but Basil has intel on it.

 

[Future Warrior]

Super seems to imply Kuririn can beat Basil if he is strategic enough and uses his techniques effectively, so Kuririn himself takes this whether or not he is still piss weak. Strategy can get you far in Super's continuity.
