Super Saiyan Gohan > Perfect Cell Raised Speed > Perfect Cell Initial > Super Saiyan Goku > Cell Juniors > Super Saiyan Vegeta ~ Super Saiyan Trunks > Piccolo > 50% Super Saiyan Goku ~ Exhausted Super Saiyan Goku >>>>> Base Saiyans

I think Dabura wanted to kill Kibito because he knew about his healing powers. With Kuririn and Piccolo he didn't care if they lived or died.
